Product (home) storage and use instructions

1.    Storage of the product (house) or its parts (further referred to as the "Product") packaging until construction/installation

1.1    Product packaging

1.1.1    Product structures must be packed in a vapor barrier film. Please note that condensation may form inside the package. It falls on the top and/or side parts of the Product structures. Mold, various deformations, etc. are also possible occurrences, depending on weather conditions, temperature changes, and initial wood moisture.
1.1.2    Unopened Product packaging can be kept for no longer than one month.
1.1.3    If the Product packaging is kept unopened for more than one month:
•    product packages must be stored protecting them from moisture and sunlight;
•    it is recommended to store the Product packages in a shelter;
•    the outer layer of the product packaging must be removed (all sides of the packaging are open);
•    if the Product packaging is stored in a humid place - it is mandatory to replace the existing film with a moisture-resistant (diffusion) film;
•    if the construction/installation/installation work of the Product is not completed on time due to the Seller's fault - the Seller takes care of the storage of the Product packaging at his own expense, and if it is due to the Customer's fault, then the Customer takes care of the storage of the Product packaging at his own expense;
1.1.4    During the entire construction (installation, installation, etc.) process, the Product packaging must be covered with a moisture-proof material.


1.2    Unloading product packages


1.2.1    Product packages must be unloaded only in designated areas where safe and legal unloading of the Product is ensured. The place of product unloading is specified by the Customer.
1.2.2    When unloading the Product packages, their position must be horizontal and not upside down if the top is marked.
1.2.3    Product packages must be unloaded in a dry and suitable place.
1.2.4    An additional base is not necessary for unloading product packages (all packages are placed on pallets).
1.2.5    Extra care is recommended when unloading Product packages containing windows and doors.


2.    Product storage and care


2.1    The wooden structures of the Product must be impregnated and covered with a wood preservative, depending on the specifications, no longer than 14 days after the Product has been erected/installed.
2.2    Windows and doors of the Product must be impregnated and covered with a wood preservative no longer than 14 days after the Product has been placed/installed.
2.3    Product terrace boards Impregnation is recommended.
2.4    It is recommended to impregnate the beds of the product at least once a year or according to the impregnation manufacturer's instructions.
2.5    It is recommended to update the wood preservative periodically, once a year, or following the information provided in the recommendations of the manufacturer of the wood preservative used.
2.6    The rain runoff system of the product must be periodically and properly cleaned (recommended at least once a year).
2.7    For a longer period of operation of the product, the window gaskets (rubbers) must be cleaned (recommended at least once a year).
2.8    For a longer period of operation of the product, the rain drains must be cleaned (recommended at least once a year).
2.9    In the cold season of the year, the snow accumulated on the roof of the Product must be removed as soon as possible.
From the moment of acceptance - the transfer deed or the signing of the cargo bill of lading, all responsibility related to the storage and maintenance of the Product is transferred to the Customer.
3.    Settling of the product

3.1 The column and its base

3.1.1. The settling period of the product consists of 3 stages:


1.    Adjusted for the first time after 3 months from the moment the Product was built/installed.
2.    Adjusted for the second time after 6 months from the moment the Product was built/installed.
3.    Adjusted for the third time after 12 months from the moment the Product was built/installed.
3.1.2. Instructions for adjusting the column and its sole are provided in the instructions for use of the column and its sole.
3.2. Windows and doors

3.2.1.     The settling period of the product consists of 3 stages:
1.    Adjusted for the first time after 3 months from the moment the Product was built/installed.
2.    Adjusted for the second time after 6 months from the moment the Product was built/installed.
3.    Adjusted for the third time after 12 months from the moment the Product was built/installed.

3.2.2. Instructions for adjusting windows and doors are provided in the operating instructions for windows and doors.


3.3    U-shaped profiles
3.3.1    The settling period of the product consists of 3 stages:
1.    Adjusted for the first time after 3 months from the moment the Product was built/installed.
2.    Adjusted for the second time after 6 months from the moment the Product was built/installed.
3.    Adjusted for the third time after 12 months from the moment the Product was built/installed.


3.3.2    Instructions for adjusting the U-shaped profiles are given in the instructions for use of the U-shaped profiles.


3.4     All other structural elements

3.4.1    All other structural elements that endanger the proper seating of the Product must be periodically adjusted.


4.    Terms of use

4.1. The product must be used for its intended purpose.
4.2. Considering that the Product is made of highly flammable materials, it is strictly forbidden to use an open flame both externally near the Product and inside the Product.
4.3. Do not use extraneous structures, devices, etc., which could harm the product's deposition process.
4.4. Avoid heavy loads on roof structures that could cause deformations.
4.5. Do not load the walls with heavy loads (suspended, supported structures), which could cause deformations.
4.6. Avoid heavy floor loads, especially on the second floor, which could cause deformations.

The Customer must read and follow these instructions, and contact the Seller in case of uncertainty.
