Kaišiadorys production unit

In all our units, we use more than 20,000 m³ of timber per year. We also manufacture more than 8,500 units of windows and doors. Our main raw material is Scandinavian spruce timber, which is used in the production process of almost all our houses and their parts. The remaining small part is pine wood, which we use for the production of windows and doors and for specific parts where the unique properties of this wood are important.

We chose to use exclusively Scandinavian timber (from Finland and Sweden), which is considered one of the best in the world. Our chosen suppliers are FSC certified, and that is considered the “gold standard” of responsible forest management. This ensures that the highest standards are followed throughout the supply chain: from raw materials to sales.

Each of our units specializes in a certain area. In this way, we can afford to optimally distribute employees according to their qualifications, as well as devices and various machines used to perform different operations. The equipment used (such as CNC machines) is adapted to the specific needs of our company, so that we can implement complex technical solutions and design.
