Big and modern two floor house with spacious rooms and two large bedrooms. 86.4 m² will accommodate any size family and provide all the space you need. 

Main entrance has a sheltered terrace, there is also an exit to the outdoor terrace from the living room side. This cottage has two different heights: first floor accommodates a common living area with a kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom, while the second floor has another spacious bedroom, toilet and a living room area that can be used as an office.

Madrid 90.8 m²

A well-designed two bedroom super spacious house with garage, separate corridor and storage facilities. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom providing the much needed privacy. There is an exit to the roofed outdoor terrace from the living room, ensuring an even more comfortable time in nature in all weather conditions.
