Summer Houses Romer

“Romer” is a spacious one-storey Scandinavian log cabin meant for permanent housing or recreation. The area of this house is 85,5 m². You can enter the house through a big terrace which is almost 30 m². It can easily fit a table with chairs or other outdoor furniture, maybe even some sports equipment or games, such as a ping pong table. When you enter the house, there is a small vestibule that leads you to a few different spaces, such as a bathroom or the open plan. The latter area is in the centre of the house and takes up almost half of the whole building. It can easily fit a kitchen, dining room and a living room. From the open plan, you can go to two bedrooms of the same size. This Scandinavian log cabin is special because it has a room for a sauna. This room can be entered either from the bathroom or from the outside. There is also another terrace on this side of the house. It is smaller and is dedicated for resting after the sauna. The sauna furnace room can be easily accessed upon entering through the front door.
