“Tulare” is a small summer house of traditional design. It has three rooms. The gable roof of the house is high-pitched, so the second floor is very spacious. If you decide to modify the project of this summer house, an attic of a few square meters could be created. The standard summer house design creates space for three rooms with different functions: a bedroom, a bathroom and a common area for kitchen and living room. The wooden summer house “Tulare” is unique due to its second floor that fits a spacious, loft-type bedroom of 13 m². Here you will have plenty of space for a wardrobe and other furniture and accessories. The overall square footage of the unmodified summer house is 50 m². Therefore, it is spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4. A small family could remake one of the bedrooms into a guest room or an office. In this way, the house would become more functional and convenient. The project of the summer house includes 11 average-sized windows and 3 doors. If needed, the size of all windows and doors can be changed free of charge. Summer house “Tulare”, just like our other houses, can be modified and customized according to your vision.
