Wooden Floors

Our flooring is made of high-quality wood, and the planks are tongue and grooved to ensure a stronger bond between them. The floor's thickness is 19 mm. The special joining technology of the floorboards reduces noise and squeaks and creates a smoother surface. Additionally, the floorboards are planed, giving the floor a modern and elegant look that can easily adapt to any style of interior. The foundation beams and floor joists are treated with green wood preservative.

Walls, Roof Structures, Rafters

We construct walls and floors of the highest quality wood according to the chosen project's thickness (see project specifications). If the customer requests a wall with a cross-sectional width of 90 mm or more, we usually offer glulam, which is of higher quality. Alternatively, we can also offer solid wood, which is cheaper than glulam. Our standard roof boards have a thickness of 17 mm. Thicker roof boards (19 mm or 28 mm) are available if required. The dimensions of the rafters in house projects depend on the project chosen, with 44×140 mm rafters being the most common.

Delivery is included in the price of the product, so you don't have to pay extra.

The free delivery conditions are not valid if the delivery is required to a non-continental part of the country (islands, etc.), or if the delivery conditions are complicated due to a particularly difficult location or legal conditions.

We manufacture all wooden windows included in the total price of your chosen project. Our standard price includes Silver Line windows with an outward opening function. Our windows are made of high-quality wood, ensuring strength and durability. They feature a double glazing unit with argon gas, which improves their thermal efficiency and reduces noise transmission. The glazing is 14 mm thick (4+6+4), making them optimal for high-quality and safe use. These timber windows are the perfect choice for creating a cosy, warm, and secure home environment.

We use only the highest quality wood in our production process and treat it with care to offer you strong and durable doors. Our standard price includes Silver Line doors, suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. Our doors are secured with a special lock that gives you a feeling of security and peace of mind. We offer a choice of two door variations: full wood or a combination of wood and double glazing, allowing you to choose according to your needs, taste, and the door's function.

We believe that our wooden doors are not only a practical and reliable solution but also a great interior design element that will make your home feel cosy and warm. All doors included in the project are included in the price of the project you choose, so you don't have to worry about additional costs for doors.

The standard package includes technical drawings, four facades views, floor plans, and assembly instructions. Minor modifications can be made for free with the help of a manager when ordering. Minor modifications refer to changes that don't affect the structure of the building. For instance, you can request to move windows or make small changes to internal walls or doors where the structure won't be affected, and no changes will be made to the locks.
 

We use impregnated terrace boards with a thickness of 25 mm for our terraces. These terrace boards are durable and require less maintenance. Moreover, the terrace boards are planed, which gives the terrace a modern and elegant look. They are installed with chamfers, which are specially shaped slats fitted between the terrace boards to provide better ventilation and allow water to drain freely from the terrace floor. They also help to prevent water accumulation and the formation of mould on the terrace surface.

We use four wall thicknesses for home production: 34 mm, 44 mm, 68 mm and 90 mm. The thickness of the wall is adapted to the specifics of the project as standard. The thinnest, 34 mm, is the most suitable for summer houses, holiday homes and larger houses that are not intended to be lived in all year round. To ensure the structural quality of the house, the 34 mm wall thickness is not insulated. Only houses with a minimum wall thickness of 44 mm can be insulated. If you are considering a two-storey house or a house with a more complex construction, we recommend that you choose walls with a thickness of 68 mm or more. If required, we can also offer thicker wall types such as 120 mm, etc., subject to individual consultation with the sales manager

Wall insulation

We select the best option of wall insulation according to requirements and personal needs. Houses can be insulated to the point of being able to live all year round. Eco-friendly natural wall insulation consists of vapor barrier, insulation beams, insulation filling and wind barrier.

If you want to insulate the walls, they must be at least 44 mm thick (wooden part, without insulation).

Roof insulation

Similar to wall insulation structure, roof insulation in some cases requires different materials for top layers. Again, eco-friendly, natural roof insulation consists of vapor barrier, insulation beams, insulation filling and wind barrier.

To achieve the highest standards, we offer only the most innovative and sought-after solutions. Our most popular roofing options include bituminous adhesive roofing, bituminous tiles, steel roofing, and fibrocement tiles.

The cost of the roof depends on the roofing material you choose. For each product, different possible roof coverings are available depending on the slope of the roof, without changing the roof structure. For houses with the lowest, flat, or almost flat roofs, bitumen adhesive roofing is standard. For houses with a roof pitch of up to 10°, adhesive or bituminous tile roofing is standard. For roof pitches of more than 10°, either bituminous tile, steel, or fibrocement roofing may be installed. 

Non-standard roofing is also available if required, but it is important to note that this requires a change in the design of the roof structure, which affects the final cost of the product. All changes will be carried out by our sales manager and professional engineering team if you wish.
 

Gutters are the most important element of a wooden house. They are used for water drainage, house protection, aesthetics, and energy efficiency. We offer steel and PVC guttering, which are currently the most popular choices for customers.

Silver line (economy class) doors are included in the standard design. These doors are ideal for summer houses, summer cottages and larger houses that are not intended to be lived in all year round. The range includes both solid wood and glass/wood combination doors, which are selected according to the design of the house as standard. If you want to live in the house all year round and insulate the walls, we recommend Superior or Premium doors, which not only have wider sashes (due to the fact that the wall becomes wider with insulation), but also thicker wood for better sealing. Our triple-glazed windows, which are designed to open inwards, comply with all European standards. The lower horizontal surfaces of each timber window/door on the exterior side are covered with aluminium weather stripping (boards for water drainage) that can be painted in any color of your choice. We work with highly qualified wooden house assembly professionals who can offer the following additional services: house construction (installation of the wooden part of the house), installation of windows and doors, installation of the terrace, installation of foundations, and other construction-related work. All of these services are provided at extremely competitive prices. Each project is individual, so please contact our project manager to get a quote for construction work. 

It is also possible to order additional works, such as the laying of your chosen roofing, the installation of a rainwater drainage system, the insulation of the roof, walls or floors of the house, the painting of the house, the installation of the electrical and plumbing systems.
 

Works that are not related to the installation of the wooden house structure are considered as additional works, which can be ordered by the client if required. Such works include roofing, installation of a rainwater drainage system, insulation of the roof, walls or floors of the house, electrical and plumbing installations.

Preparation of house documentation is free of charge when you build your house with us. In case of contract cancellation, you will be required to cover the costs incurred in the preparation of the house project.
