According to the standard plan of this summer house, it is designed for one or two people. The house has a 10 m² bedroom, a bathroom, a corridor and an open-plan for the kitchen and living room. Upon the entrance to this wooden summer house “Urmia XL”, there is a small (3 m²) terrace under the roof. The terrace not only decorates the front façade, but also creates a sense of safety and protects from the rain, wind or intensive sun.
