Garden Rooms Van XL

“Van XL” is a small and very cosy wooden summer house with an area of a little more than 33 m². This traditionally designed summer house is one of our clients’ favourites. It is great for a three-person family to rest or live permanently. The plan of the house includes two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open-plan area for the living room and kitchen. If there is a need, the plan of the summer house can be changed. For example, the bedrooms could be enlarged or one of the bedrooms could be switched into an office or a closet. All the interior walls can be placed differently in order to create the necessary house layout. The porch under the roof increases the level of comfort in this summer house. The porch is pretty spacious. It not only protects from the rain, hot sun or the wind, but can also fit some outdoor furniture. It could be used as a relaxation space with a bench or even swings.
