Wooden house Barcelona 4,5x11,5 m, (15'x38')

"Barcelona" is a wooden summer house of contemporary design with a gabled roof. Bituminous tile roofing is included in the product price. Burnt wood siding is also available as an exterior design option, but is not included in the product price. The building has a living area of 27 m², within which two spaces, one for relaxation and the other for leisure, are planned and separated by an aluminum structure in the center.
One side of the house has a compact bedroom with bathroom and toilet, while the other side has a shared kitchen and living area. The wooden summer house is distinguished by a glazed terrace of nearly 16 m², which can be adapted to any desired use, such as providing a work and leisure area. If the terrace is used for work, it can accommodate everything needed, such as a desk with a chair, shelves for documents or objects. If necessary, the terrace can be transformed into a leisure area for parties or relaxation, with a sofa with a table and chairs and a dining table with chairs. The terrace can also be used to grow flowers and have its own winter garden.
