This is a wooden summer house “Bora” with non-traditional exterior. Visually, it seems that the house is made of two separate parts. This optical illusion is created by the loft-type windows and the split skillion roof, as one of its sloping edges is higher than the other. The design of this summer house is quite universal. There are almost no partitions in the habitable space which gives the owner a possibility to freely differentiate the areas. For example, this summer house can be your office with a kitchenette and a place to rest. There is also a possibility to choose traditional house design by creating bedrooms and other rooms. In the standard plan of this summer house, only the bathroom is separated with walls. The interior of this house is also unique due to a high ceiling and extra windows in the imitational second floor. Due to the big number of windows, the house gets a lot of daylight, so you need less of artificial lighting. The overall habitable area of this summer house is over 32 m² which is enough to accommodate two to three people. Wooden summer house “Bora”, like all the other houses we design and build, can be adapted to individual conception. Contact us and let’s discuss your ideas!
