The DIA project is a 24 m² house designed for you and your family. The rectangular shape of the house (18 m² usable area) will fit perfectly into any plot and give your yard more privacy. Inside, you will find a cosy bedroom, a functional bathroom and a shared living-kitchen area, designed to be comfortable and cosy for all family members. The DIA is the ideal choice for those looking for a compact and comfortable home for a family of 1-3 persons. Thanks to its small buildable area (only 24 m²), this house can easily fit on practically any plot, thus providing additional living space. It is also ideal for a holiday home rental business, especially in recreational areas such as by the sea or lake.
The house is furnished in such a way as to make it as comfortable as possible for everyday life. Your only headache is to choose the interior wall coverings (MDF or cladding) and the colour of the tiles - we will take care of everything else. The house is already equipped with sanitary facilities, electrical wiring, doors, light fittings and a recuperation system. The living room/kitchen area has a practical kitchenette and the bathroom has a shower and toilet.
A house is made up of several individual modules that are manufactured and assembled into a whole house in our factory. The modular house arrives on the customer's plot with interior and exterior finishes, a kitchen and a sanitary area.
