The DIA project was designed with one family's needs for a holiday in nature in mind. The small (24 m2) but practical layout of this house allows you to have all the amenities and enjoy a quality holiday. DIA impresses with its simplicity and elegance, could it be better? The usable area of the DIA is only 17.82 m2, but it can accommodate all the essentials - a private bedroom, a bathroom and a living room-kitchen area. If needed, you can put a sofa bed in the common area to accommodate more people. And if it's just the two of you, you can store your favourite board games in the living room, or set up a cinema projector with screen for movie nights. The furnishing of the cottage is up to you! The DIA is a practical and simple model that is easy to customise to your wishes. If you dream of a panoramic window in the bedroom, the DIA doesn't have one, but we suggest you take a look at the similar TITAN model, which has larger windows.
The exterior of the DIA is clad in siding and the single-pitched roof is covered with a reliable retro tin roof. These are durable and stylish solutions that will allow you to enjoy your garden house for a long time without having to worry about a dripping roof.
