The first floor can have all the common-use areas: a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a vestibule and a bathroom. Loft-type second floor is meant for peaceful rest and connection with the nature. On the second floor, there is a 10,4 m² bedroom that can easily fit a double bed and a wardrobe. Due to its modern plan and big number of windows on both floors, this wooden summer house is extremely cosy, harmonious and contemporary. The habitable area of this summer house is over 44 m². A house of such size is a convenient choice for a family of one or two people. If there is a need, the project of the house can be changed. It is possible to plan an extra bedroom, guest room or other type of room on the first floor. All the wooden summer houses that we design and build can be changed according to your vision.
