Wooden house Lisabona 4x13 m, (13'x43')

“Lisabona” – an A-shaped, elongated wooden summer house of modern exterior. Due to the differences in front and side facades, the summer house charms with its grace and refinement. Bituminous tile roofing is included in the product price. Burnt timber cladding is also available as an exterior design option, but is not included in the product price. The living space of the summer house is a little over 35 m². It has all the necessary areas: a bedroom of almost 11 m², a bathroom, and the living room and kitchen area of 17 m². At the main entrance, there is an enclosed vestibule from which you can reach all the rooms.
A terrace of almost 14 m² adds extra space to the summer house. In the terrace, you can create a cosy and compact place for relaxing, reading a book or watching the sunset. You can enter the terrace from outside or from the common space of kitchen and living room. A summer house of such size and planning is great for a family of two. If there is a need for the house to fit more people, the size and planning can be changed to create additional bedrooms for other family members.
