"London" is a wooden summer house with a distinctive design and a glazed front facade. The windows, which form the entire front facade, add not only a modern touch to the exterior, but also a cosy feel, thanks to the natural light that streams in through them.
A terrace of almost 14 m² is located at the entrance of the summer house. A terrace of this size not only adds to the exterior of the summer house, but can also be used to create a small seating or lounge area with outdoor furniture and plants. Although the summer house is on one floor, it has a clever layout. With more than 36 m² of living space, the house is ideal for a family of 2 people and features a bedroom of almost 12 m², a large shared kitchen and living area, a small working space and a bathroom and toilet.
The roof of the summer house is covered with bituminous tile roofing, the colour of which can be chosen by the customer. Bituminous tile roofing is included in the product price. Burnt timber cladding is also available as an exterior design option, but is not included in the product price.
