Wooden house Sofia 5x10 m, (16'x33')

“Sofia” is an almost 60 m² wooden house with traditional design elements. This house is designed to have all the functional areas necessary for permanent living: a common space for living room and kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. If there is a need, one of the bedrooms can be changed to an office or a closet. This wooden house has two floors that take up the same area. The first floor is meant for leisure, the second floor – for resting. The advantage of house “Sofia” is a big, almost 12 m², terrace with fence that adds cosiness. Another plus is a balcony of the same style. Both, the terrace and the balcony, are under the roof, so spending time there is pleasant either when it is raining or when the sun is scorching. The total house area, including the terrace, is over 70 m². It is an ideal size for every family, even a smaller one. Due to tall windows in the bedroom and the living room, this house is bright and cosy all year round.
