“Urmia” is a small (17 m²) wooden summer house with a gable roof. This compact summer house is designed to have everything that is necessary for living. The standard project of this summer house is designed for a family of two. The house has a bathroom and an open plan for bedroom, kitchen and living room. Those who prefer privacy, can separate the bedroom area from the living room with a narrow wooden wall or a niche. Wooden summer house “Urmia” has a small terrace of 2 m². The terrace is under the roof. It is not only a decoration to the front façade. In addition, it creates a sense of safety, protects from the wind, rain and hot sun. Due to the limited habitable space, this summer house is meant for the weekends, holidays or short stays during the summer of a two-person family. The original price of the standard summer house is quite low; therefore, it is a relatively cheap choice to build a house in your garden.
