MAGNUM is an L-shaped house with one bedroom, a comfortable bathroom and a very spacious living-kitchen area. The living-kitchen and bedroom have large windows leading to the outside. This is the perfect place to build a terrace or to realise your dream of having a unique flower arrangement that you can enjoy from all the windows. MAGNUM is perfect for a family of 1-2 people as a permanent home or for a larger family as a recreational space in the countryside.
MAGNUM has a retro tin roof and the walls are clad with wooden panelling. A subtle element is the herringbone pattern on the rear (small) walls of the house. If you want to build MAGNUM as a guest house on your plot, it will be easy to fit it into the facade of your house!
