"The two-storey AIDOS project has been designed with a large family in mind, who want to live in comfort and modernity. The house of almost 140 m2 is distinguished by its large windows that allow you to enjoy natural light in every room. The two-storey house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 small pantry rooms and a 45 m2 kitchen-living area that will become the main meeting point for your family and friends!
The functional areas of the AIDA are divided over two floors. The ground floor is for bustle, guests and adventures, the second floor for rest and relaxation. On the ground floor, an open space of 45 m2 provides space for the kitchen, living room and dining room. It also has large windows down to the ground to ensure that the main space of the house is always bright. In addition to the spacious entrance hall, there are 2 dark rooms, which can accommodate all your household items and equipment, and a door directly from the outside will allow you to conveniently store your bicycles or other outdoor items. On the second floor there is a bathroom and 2 separate bedrooms of 10 m2 each. The third bedroom has a private bathroom of 6.5 m2 and a walk-in closet of almost 5 m2, while the bedroom itself is 19 m2. All rooms and bathrooms are designed with large windows, which will ensure not only natural light but also good ventilation.
On the exterior of the house, we combine wood and fibrocement panels, which allow the exterior design to be more textured and lively. This spacious AIDOS model will accommodate not only a medium to large family, but also all the family's pets, hobbies and dreams.
