This whole area can be divided into a 9 m² bedroom, a bathroom and a 15 m² area for the kitchen and living room. The layout of the house can be changed by enlarging the bedroom and the bathroom. In this way, the area meant for the kitchen and living room will be reduced. The design of the house is modern due to tall windows. Due to them, the exterior of this wooden summer house is attractive and interior is bright. Another modern accent of this summer house is a 10 m² terrace. It goes along the whole side of the house and is under the roof. The terrace is spacious enough for creating a relaxation area. It could fit a table with cosy armchairs, a few plants. Also, the terrace could be used to keep bicycles or gardening equipment to protect them from the rain.
