Wooden house Victoria 6x10 m, (20'x33')

“Victoria” is a two-storey wooden summer house of traditional design. It has a terrace at the front façade. The habitable area of this summer house is 64,4 m². It is ideal for a convenient life of a family of two to four people. On the first floor, there is a 9 m² bedroom, a bathroom and a 25 m² living room and kitchen area. On the second floor, there is a spacious (14 m²) bedroom. The rest of the second floor is a space for leisure that can be remodelled for other purposes. For example, to use the space more efficiently, it could become another bedroom. In addition, this wooden summer house has a 14 m² terrace. It not only protects the entrance from the rain, but also adds some extra space and cosiness to the house. You can easily make this spacious terrace a relaxation zone by furnishing it and putting some plants. Also, you could build a small room there to store the lawn mower or bicycles.
