The Arancio project was created to give you comfort and cosiness even on a compact footprint. With 28.88 m² of usable space, Arancio combines elegance with practicality, ensuring every corner is used in a functional way. This compact home is perfect both for short getaways in nature and for longer escapes from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The layout of Arancio includes all essential areas: a cosy bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan living room with kitchen. It’s an excellent choice for a small family or a couple, but if needed, an additional sleeping area can be comfortably arranged in the main living space. This home can also be tailored to your needs – whether you’d like more room for board games or prefer to create a cinema corner with a projector. Arancio is a versatile space that easily adapts to your lifestyle.
The house consists of several separate modules, which are manufactured in our factory and assembled into a single, cohesive unit. The modular home arrives on the client’s plot with interior and exterior finishes completed, along with a fully fitted kitchen and sanitary area.
