Leon is a modern A-frame house with a minimal but distinctive design. Typically, this type of house has a symmetrical triangular roof that tapers upwards and extends from the top to the ground. In this type of model there are no traditional external walls - the roof forms the main structure. LEON differs from the classical model in that it has an additional flat part of the house attached to it. It is this additional element that not only creates a modern look, but also provides even more usable space on the ground floor.
The added flat side part of the house provides a full-size bedroom, bath and living room on the ground floor. On the second floor, a mezzanine floor is created, which creates a sense of modernity and space by making good use of the height and unique shape of the structure.
