If you choose a project with 34 mm thick walls, the aluminium sliding doors shown in the visualisation will not be included in the basic price - they must be ordered as an extra. Aluminium sliding doors are included in the version with 44 mm thick walls. Even though the square footage of “Duero” is not very big, this wooden summer house is convenient and has three rooms. The 43 m² perfectly fit all the necessary functional areas: two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, kitchen and area for resting. It is worth noting that the common area for resting and kitchen has a lot of showcase windows, so you will be able to enjoy natural light every day. This summer house is great for smaller families of 3 or 4 persons, especially those who value the touch of nature and being outdoors. Summer house “Duero” has an elongated terrace of 17 m² along one of its walls. The terrace is under the roof. That creates the sensation of safety and cosiness and allows enjoying nature in any weather. In total, the summer house and the terrace take up over 60 m². The exterior design of this summer house combines modern and traditional. Traditionality is embraced with a gable roof. Modernity is reflected in showcase windows at the front of the house and the terrace. This summer house is square-shaped, therefore, it will easily fit in the land plot you already have or the one you’re about to purchase.
