Wooden house Geneva

“Geneva” is an attractive and convenient wooden summer house for recreation or permanent life of a family of three or four people. Wooden roof constructions and pillars create the authentic exterior of this house. Habitable space of the summer house “Geneva” is over 63 m². The project includes a spacious living room and kitchen area with a few exits to the terrace. One of the doors is in the southern part and has a roof above. This part of the terrace is great for cosy summer evenings with family and friends. Another door is on the East side. This part of the terrace is meant for enjoying morning sun with a cup of coffee in hands. The standard plan of this house also includes two big bedrooms, each over 12 m². They are separated from the common area by a small vestibule. In this way, the rest zone is more private and quieter. Also, there are two bathrooms: one closer to the bedrooms, another one next to the living room and kitchen. Wooden summer house “Geneva”, like all the other houses we design and build, can be modified and adapted according to everyone’s requirements.
