The Lotus project is an ideal choice for those who value simplicity but don’t want to give up comfort. With 16.8 m² of floor area, this compact home offers everything you need for a calm and cosy retreat. Lotus is a great option for smaller plots and for anyone looking for a minimalist yet functional way of living.
The layout of the home consists of a living–dining area, where you can gather with loved ones or enjoy quiet evenings, and a comfortable bathroom space. This model is perfectly suited to a couple or a single person seeking a retreat surrounded by nature. Although Lotus doesn’t have a separate bedroom, you can place a comfortable sofa in the living area to create an additional sleeping space when needed. The home offers a lot of flexibility – a place to eat, relax or work; the interior can be easily adapted to your needs.
The house is made up of several separate modules, which are manufactured in our factory and assembled into one cohesive unit. The modular home arrives on the client’s plot with interior and exterior finishes completed, as well as a fitted kitchen and sanitary area.
