“Burgas” is a three-room wooden summer house with modern exterior and a shed roof. This 48 m² summer house is customized for a small family with one or two children. In the project of the house, there are two bedrooms of similar size. The rooms are separated with a 2 m² closet or pantry. There is also a spacious bathroom and an open plan with a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The standard project of this summer house can be modified by moving the walls or enlarging the bedrooms. One of the most important accents of this summer house’s modernity is the showcase windows. They let in a lot of daylight which makes the interior cosier and creates the sense of warmth. A big advantage of this house is an elongated 10 m² terrace at the entrance. The terrace is under the roof which protects from the rain and provides a space for leisure and outdoor activities.
