“Moderna” is a modern almost 50 m² wooden summer house with rooms of comfortable size. The modernity of the house comes from the asymmetrical roof and big showcase windows. The summer house is rectangular, so all of its space can be planned-out really well. In the standard plan, the house has a 10 m² open-concept bedroom with a niche for a wardrobe. There is a bathroom next to the bedroom. The centre of the house is meant for the living room. The rest of the space is for the kitchen and the dining room. If there is a need, you can separate the bedroom from other areas. In this case, a wall should be included into the house plan. There is also a possibility to change the positions of other walls by enlarging or reducing different spaces. Total area of this summer house is almost 48 m². A summer house planned this way is an ideal choice for recreation or permanent life of a two-person family.
