Rond is a popular choice among our clients. It is a wooden garden room with traditional exterior and a gable roof. One person could live comfortably in this garden room. The project of the building includes a single bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with some space for a kitchenette. This garden room can be redesigned: the bedroom can be switched into an office, the living room – into a leisure or guest room. Also, the whole building can be used as an office. Wooden garden room “Rond” has a terrace at the entrance. It takes up 3,7 m² and is under the roof. The terrace is not only a decorative element of the house, it also protects from the wind, rain or hot sun. The terrace space is enough for creating a small relaxation area with a table and chairs or other outdoor furniture or plants. The area of the garden room is a little over 15 m². Due to the limited space, this garden room is meant for the weekends, holidays or longer stays of one person.
