Prefabricated Houses Ijo

The IJO is a normal rectangular house with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious eat-in kitchen. IJO is a good choice for small to medium-sized families looking for a modern, contemporary house project. IJO has a usable area of 73 m2.
Single-storey houses are currently one of the most popular choices. The design of IJO is simple, clear and functional. When you enter the house, you enter the kitchen-living room area. It is almost 40 m2 in size, making it easy to seat the whole family at the dining table or with friends at a party. From the living room, you can access the terrace, for which the house has a very practical sliding window system. The rest of the house is designed for relaxing. Here you will find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The corridor leading to the rooms is equipped with storage space, so you won't run out of room for all your utensils.
IJO was designed with minimalism in mind. The exterior of the house is understated and not overloaded with decorative elements. The exterior is characterized by a wooden surface in the color of your choice. The house will look good both in the city and in the countryside.
