Wooden house Manitoba 8x7 m, (26'x23')

“Manitoba” is a traditionally and authentically looking wooden summer house with 3 rooms. The authenticity of the house is created by a decorated terrace with a fence. A sloped roof above the terrace adds comfort and modernity. The summer house of over 43 m² has two average-size bedrooms, a bathroom and a common area for kitchen and living room. Both bedrooms are quite spacious. They can fit double beds and have enough space for wardrobes and other furniture or interior details. The kitchen and living room area is also spacious. The whole area can be divided into the L-shaped kitchen, four-seat dining room and the living room. The total square footage of the summer house with the terrace is 52 m². A wooden summer house of such size is a great choice for a family of 2–4 persons. The house has enough space not only for visits during the summer, but also for living all year round. The terrace in the original plan takes up 9 m². It is compact and cosy. Such space is absolutely enough for meeting family or friends.
