Salerno is a modern, single-storey house with a roof that merges symmetrically with the terrace roof. The façade is covered with vertical cladding, a solution particularly popular in modern Scandinavian design. The wooden cladding gives the building a neat, modern, warm and cosy appearance.
The terrace of the house blends very naturally into the overall structure of the house and becomes the main accent of the house. It is an integral part of the house, providing a harmonious transition between the interior and exterior spaces, and the shared roof between the house and the terrace only enhances this transition. The terrace has an extra-large window that creates a subtle sense of luxury and openness, visually blurring the boundaries between the outside and inside spaces.
Salerno is ideal for couples or small families who appreciate a compact space but want to have separate areas for work, guests or leisure. Of course, a medium-sized family would also feel comfortable in the house: a larger bedroom for the parents and two smaller rooms for the children. There is also a spacious living/dining area for family relaxation or gatherings of friends.
