Modular House Sirius one side roof

SIRIUS is a holiday home with 18 m2 of usable floor space and one bedroom. It is ideal for a small family holiday or permanent residence. The wide range of adaptations and the simple, intuitive layout make this house stand out from the rest!SIRIUS is a rectangular bungalow with one bedroom, a bathroom and an open-plan kitchen-living area. The elongated design of the house is useful to give privacy to your plot. Usually, this shape is built on one side of the plot, creating an open space for the rest of the plot - whether you want to turn it into a dream garden, a kitchen garden or a football pitch for your little ones. SIRIUS has a bathroom at one end of the house, then a kitchen area, a living room, and a bedroom at the other end of the house, with an alcove for a wardrobe. The house can comfortably accommodate 2 people and, if needed, a sofa bed or a bunk bed for children can be built in the common area of the house to accommodate a larger family.

The single-pitched roof of the house is covered with classic retro tin, which is a durable and eco-friendly choice. The exterior of the house is clad in clapboard siding, so that the house blends in harmoniously with its surroundings.
