“Veleta” is a traditionally-looking one-storey wooden summer house with a gable roof. The house has a refined and unique design element – window shutters. They can serve well when leaving the house for a longer period. Also, the shutters can help controlling the temperature inside the house – you can close some of them on hot summer days. Also, the shutters can be closed at night to get more privacy. This three-room summer house is designed for a family of two to four members. The habitable area of the building is almost 71 m². The house has two spacious bedrooms: one takes up 11,74 m², another one – 15,32 m². There is also a bathroom and a 36,46 m² open-plan area for the kitchen, living room and dining room. The square footage of this summer house is quite big. Therefore, if needed, the layout can be changed. For example, sizes or purpose of the rooms could be changed: one of the bedrooms could become an office or a pantry, one more room could be separated in the dining room area etc. Would you like to live this conveniently? This summer house, like all the other houses we build, can be adjusted to your requests. Tell us about them!
